What is multi-store billing software?
Multi-store billing software runs several shops from one account. Instead of a separate system in each shop, the owner sees sales, shifts and cash for every outlet, while each store's team sees only what it needs.
In O2M, each outlet has its own counters, invoice numbers and limits. Cashiers and store managers are tied to their outlets, and each outlet sets how far a cashier can go. Anything above a limit needs a store manager's PIN, and the approver is saved on the bill.
Products, customers and settings are shared across the company. Add Warehouse Management to hold separate stock for each store and move it between them with transfers.

Multi-Store Billing: your questions answered.
Can a store manager see only their store?
Yes. Store managers are tied to their outlets and work within them. Other stores' stock is read only.
Can I move stock between stores?
Yes, with the transfers in Warehouse Management. Each transfer carries its delivery challan or tax invoice.
What if one store loses internet?
With offline billing on, that store keeps billing and sends its bills when the connection is back.
Can each store have its own invoice numbers?
Yes. Each outlet has its own series, with its own code.
Can each store set its own limits?
Yes. Discount, price change, refund, cash difference and return window are set per outlet.
Do customers belong to one store?
No. A customer belongs to the whole company. Money owed stays with the team that made each invoice.
Can I see reports for each outlet?
Yes. Orders and reports can be filtered by outlet and sales source, and counter sales show outlet, counter and cashier.
