What is POS software?
POS stands for point of sale: the place where a customer pays. POS software runs the billing counter. It finds products by barcode, adds up the bill with tax, takes payment, prints a receipt and records the sale.
The O2M counter is built for speed and control. Cashiers sign in and go straight to the counter, with no other menus to learn, and work from the keyboard with a barcode scanner. Each outlet sets how far a cashier can go, and anything above a limit needs a store manager's PIN.
It runs in Chrome or Edge with nothing to install. Receipts print straight to a USB or serial thermal printer, and shared counters switch between cashiers with a PIN. Pair it with invoicing for business customers.
Simple from the first day.
Step 1
Open the shift
The cashier signs in, enters the opening cash and starts billing.
Step 2
Build the bill
Scan items, search by name, or tap a quick item.
Step 3
Take payment
Take cash, UPI or card, and print or send the bill.
Step 4
Close the day
Count the drawer, close the shift and review the report.

Cash you can trust

Exchanges
Put the new items on the counter. O2M makes the credit note and the new bill together, and the customer pays or gets back only the difference.
Refund references
O2M records the refund. Pay UPI from your own app and enter the UTR, or enter the reference from the card machine.
Same-day voids
A bill can be cancelled only on the day it was made. After that, use a return.
Net amounts
An order shows Partly returned or Returned, and reports count the net amount.
Know what should be in every drawer.
The cashier enters the opening cash and opens the shift. At closing, O2M shows the expected amount and any difference.
Shifts and cash
Open and close shifts, and count the cash drawer.
