Devices, PIN and printing

Register shared counter devices, switch cashiers with a PIN, and print receipts.

Overview

A registered device is a counter computer or tablet that several cashiers share, switching with a PIN.

Register a device

In Settings → Offline selling → Devices, choose the counter, name the device and click Register this device. Only registered devices can switch cashiers by PIN.

Switch cashier

Lock the counter between shifts. The next cashier taps their name and enters their PIN.

Thermal printers

Receipts print straight to a USB or serial thermal printer from Chrome or Edge, with nothing to install. Any other printer can print the 80 mm or 58 mm PDF.
