Credit limits and holds
Stop over-limit sales until a manager approves.
Overview
A credit hold stops a sale that would take a customer over their limit, or who has overdue bills, until a manager approves.
Holds
Set a credit limit and credit days on a customer. An order or counter bill that goes over the limit, or for a customer with overdue bills, waits on Credit holds until a store manager or admin approves it.
