Selling from the office

For businesses with no shop counter and no marketplaces: distributors, traders and sales desks.

Overview

Selling from the office is the full order-to-payment flow for businesses with no shop counter and no marketplaces.

Who this is for

Many businesses sell only from an office or godown: orders come by phone, WhatsApp, a salesman or a dealer, goods go out by delivery, and customers pay later. O2M runs that whole flow from Orders, without a counter and without any marketplace.
