Create an order

Take an order by phone, WhatsApp or from a salesman, and invoice it.

Overview

Create order records a sale taken outside the counter, by phone, WhatsApp or a salesman, with its source, outlet and customer.

Create an order

  1. 1Open Orders and click Create order.
  2. 2Choose the Source and Outlet.
  3. 3Find the customer by phone, name or GSTIN, or add a new one.
  4. 4Choose where it ships from, or tick Customer collects from the warehouse.
  5. 5Scan a barcode or search for products, set quantities and prices.
  6. 6Click Save, or Save and invoice to make the invoice at once.

Orders list

Orders show their Source and Outlet, and you can filter by both.
