Import products

Bring your product list in from a CSV or Excel file.

Overview

Import products creates or updates many products from a CSV or Excel file, with every row checked before anything is saved.

Import a file

  1. 1Open Master Products → Import Products and upload your CSV or XLSX file.
  2. 2Match your columns to O2M fields.
  3. 3Review: every row shows Valid, a warning or an error, with what to fix.
  4. 4Choose what to do with products that already exist, then click Create Products.

Tip  Rows without a barcode get an in-store barcode when the product is created.
