Cashiers and store managers
Invite counter staff and tie them to their outlets.
Overview
Cashiers bill at their outlets' counters; store managers also approve above-limit discounts and refunds and manage their outlet.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Cashier | Bill at the counters of their outlets, look up stock and prices there |
| Store manager | Everything a cashier can, plus approve discounts, refunds and cash differences with a PIN, and manage their outlet's staff and stock |
Give staff their outlets
- 1Invite the person from Team with the Cashier or Store manager role.
- 2In Settings → Offline selling → Outlet staff, click Edit on the outlet and add them.
