Customers
One customer list for the whole company, with what each customer bought.
What you see
Customers lists everyone you sell to. A customer belongs to the whole company. Search by name, mobile, e-mail or GSTIN, then open a contact card.
- Contact card shows their details and related records.
- History shows every product they bought.
- Edit, Add customer and Import check the mobile and e-mail. A number or e-mail another customer has is refused.
Online and offline customers
- Online: O2M saves the name and e-mail a marketplace sends. This is on by default. Turn it off in Customer data. Turning it on again brings in past orders.
- Offline: customers from counter bills and office orders are always saved, because invoices need them. Walk-in bills do not create a customer.
