Reset your password

Forgot your password? Get a reset link by e-mail and choose a new one.

Overview

Reset password e-mails you a one-time link to choose a new password when you have forgotten yours.

Get a reset link from the sign-in page

  1. 1Open the sign-in page.
  2. 2Type your e-mail address in Email.
  3. 3Click Reset password under the password box.
  4. 4A green message confirms that a link is on its way.

Good to know  For your security the message is the same whether or not an account exists for that address. If no e-mail arrives, check the spelling of the address and your spam folder.

Or use the Reset your password page

Click Reset password with the Email box empty and O2M opens the Reset your password page. Enter your e-mail and click Send reset link.

Choose a new password

  1. 1Open the e-mail from O2M and click the reset link.
  2. 2On Choose a new password, type the new password in New password (at least 8 characters).
  3. 3Type it again in Confirm new password.
  4. 4Click Save new password. O2M takes you to the sign-in page.
  5. 5Sign in with the new password and your one-time code.

Saving a new password signs you out everywhere, so anyone using your old password loses access at once.

Choosing a strong password

  • Use at least 8 characters; longer is better. A short phrase of unrelated words works well.
  • Do not reuse a password from another website.
  • A password manager can create and remember it for you.
