Introduction
Connect your ERP, website or own sales channel to O2M stock, orders and shipments.
Please reach out to your account manager to enable the public API and webhooks for your company.
Overview
The O2M API lets your own systems read stock, orders and shipments, create orders, goods receipts and stock adjustments, and hear about changes as they happen.
Why use it
- Connect an ERP, your own website or a marketplace O2M has no connector for.
- Keep stock in step everywhere, without manual exports.
- Control exactly what each connected system may do.
Before you begin
- The public API is enabled for your company by your O2M account manager.
- You are an admin, or your role includes See and manage API keys, API logs and webhooks.
- A developer can make HTTPS requests from your server.
What the API covers
| Area | Read | Create or change |
|---|---|---|
| Stock | Stock per item and per SKU | Stock adjustments |
| Warehouses | List of warehouses | None |
| Stock movements | Every stock change | None |
| Orders | All orders and one order | Create and cancel |
| Shipments | List of parcels | None |
| Goods receipts | None | Receive goods |
| Webhooks | Events sent to your server | Set up in O2M |
Good to know Products, listings, prices, invoices and customers are managed in O2M and are not available through the API.
How an integration works
Make a key
in Settings
Call the API
from your server
Receive webhooks
as things happen
Check the logs
every request is listed
Your server calls O2M at https://api.o2m.in/api/v1 over HTTPS with JSON. O2M answers each request and can also send events to your server the moment stock or an order changes, so you do not need to keep asking.
Where to go next
- Quick start: make your first request in a few minutes.
- Authentication: how a request proves who it is.
- Errors: what each failure means and what to do.
- Connect your own sales channel: a complete worked example.
