Why does an order show no profit?
Its units have no cost yet, or its fees have not arrived. Needs attention lists both. Set costs with Set costs (CSV) or wait for the channel's fees.
Why is GST not part of my revenue?
GST you charge belongs to the government. Revenue and profit are always before GST.
I changed the costing method. Does past profit change?
No. The new method applies to units leaving stock from then on.
Can I undo a landed cost?
Yes. Open the goods receipt and undo the landed cost.
