Columns, filters and export

Overview

The product list shows the columns you choose, with search, filters and CSV download.

Choose columns

Click Manage columns to pick which fields show in the list, including your own catalogue fields, then click Apply columns. This only changes what you see; it does not change the products.

Search and filter

Search by title, Product ID or Master SKU. Click Filters to narrow the list by brand, category, product type, master link, who created or updated a product, a date range and the number of variants.

Select products

Tick products to act on several at once. The bar above the list shows how many products and variants are selected, with Delete selected, Export to Master Products and Clear.

Download and delete

• Export products downloads a CSV of all products matching your filters, or Export selected for only the ticked ones.
• Delete selected removes products from the catalogue. A product linked to a Master Product must be unlinked first; the Master Product, its stock and listings are not affected.
