Overview

A catalogue is a collection of products, usually one supplier, brand or season.

Create a catalogue

  1. 1Open Catalogue Management in the side menu and click Create catalogue.
  2. 2Enter a Name (for example, the supplier and season) and, if you like, a Description.
  3. 3Choose a Brand mode: Single brand (then pick the Default brand) or Mixed brands.
  4. 4Optionally choose a Category. If all products in this catalogue belong to the same category, choose it here: its products then need no category of their own (in files or when adding them), and catalogue mapping needs no category decisions.
  5. 5Click Create catalogue. The catalogue opens, empty and ready for products.

Tip  Fields and mapping are set up after the catalogue is created, once you can see the real data.

Find and manage catalogues

The top of the page shows how many catalogues and products you have, how many are linked to Master Products, and how much of your limit is used. Each card shows a few product images, the brand, the number of products against the limit, and the linked, ready and need-correction counts.

  • Search catalogues by name, and filter by brand.
  • Switch between Active and Archived catalogues.
  • Use the ⋮ menu on a card to edit the catalogue's settings or archive it.
  • Click Open catalogue to see its products.
