Answers to the questions customers ask most often about Catalogue Management.
Why was a variant I did not add not created?
O2M creates only the variants in your catalogue. It never fills in missing combinations.
Does importing a file change my live listings?
No. Imports change the catalogue only. Master Products change only when you export or approve a change.
Why does export ask for stock?
Without Warehouse Management, a new Master Product needs a starting quantity and O2M never guesses one. With Warehouse Management, stock is not asked: it comes in through goods receipts or adjustments.
I archived a catalogue. Why is my limit still used?
Archived catalogues and products still count. Delete products to free their place.
Can one product be in two catalogues?
Yes. It uses a place in each catalogue.
