Overview
After export, differences between a catalogue product and its Master Product are reviewed and applied only with your decision.
Review differences
After export, the catalogue product and its Master Product can drift apart: your team edits the Master Product, or the supplier sends new data. In the export screen, an Already Linked product shows Review Differences, listing each field side by side.
- Push catalogue values to update the Master Product.
- Pull Master Product values back into the catalogue.
Re-import a file
When a new supplier file changes a product that is already linked, O2M asks before touching the Master Product. For each changed field you see the current Master Product value and the incoming value, and choose Apply Source or Preserve Master.
Unlink
Unlink from Master Product removes the link only. The Master Product, its SKUs, stock and listings stay exactly as they are. Unlink before deleting a catalogue product.
