Company overview
The main dashboard: what is on it, how to filter it and how admins change it.
Overview
The Company overview is the main dashboard every member of the company sees when they sign in.
What is on the overview
| Part | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Metric cards | Eight headline numbers by default: active listings, out of stock, sync errors, open orders, pending revenue, confirmed revenue, net revenue and low stock |
| Sales activity | Sales over time for each marketplace, as a line, area or bar chart, by day, hour or minute |
| Channel performance | Sales and units per connected channel, and each channel's share |
| Product performance | Top-selling products by delivered units, filtered by marketplace, category or brand |
| Recent channel activity | Syncs and global form submissions made by your team |
Filter the overview
Use the filters at the top to change the date range and marketplaces for the charts. For Shopify, pick a single store or all of them. Filters change only what you see, never what others see.
Tip Click any metric card to open the matching list (orders, products, listings or returns) with the card's date range and conditions already applied.
Change the overview (admins)
The overview is one layout for the whole company, so only Admins and Billing admins change it.
- 1Open Dashboards → Company overview.
- 2Click a card's edit button to change it, or its remove button to take it off. Add a new card with Add Card (the counter shows how many of the 12 cards are used).
- 3Click Save dashboard. The new layout appears for everyone in the company.
Restore defaults brings back the eight default cards. It takes effect once you save.
