Create a dashboard
Build a new dashboard, name it and save it.
Overview
A custom dashboard is a named dashboard you build from metric cards and charts, kept for yourself or shared with the company.
Before you begin
- Your company has not used all of its dashboards.
Create a new dashboard
- 1In the sidebar, open the arrow beside Dashboards and click New dashboard. The counter beside it shows how many of your company's dashboards are in use.
- 2Type a name at the top of the page (up to 60 characters).
- 3Click Add metric to add a number, or Add chart to add a chart.
- 4Click Save. Admins choose Save only for me or Save for entire company.
Until you save, the page shows Unsaved changes, and O2M asks before you leave the page so nothing is lost by accident.
Change or remove cards
- Hover over a card or chart to see its edit and remove buttons.
- Rename the dashboard at any time by clicking its name.
- Changes apply only after Save.
Limits

When your company reaches its limit, delete a dashboard you no longer use, or ask your O2M account manager about a higher limit.
Delete a dashboard
Click Delete and confirm. A deleted company dashboard disappears for everyone, and a deleted dashboard cannot be brought back.
