Metric cards
Choose a metric, period, marketplace and conditions, and show it as a number or a chart.
Overview
A metric card shows one number, such as Confirmed revenue or Out of stock, for the period, marketplace and conditions you choose.
Card settings
Click Add metric, or edit an existing card. The Preview updates as you change the settings; click Apply card to place it, then save the dashboard.

Good to know Pending revenue is from orders not yet delivered; Confirmed revenue is from delivered orders; Net revenue is confirmed revenue minus GST, fees and refunds.
Narrow a card with conditions
Conditions let one card answer a precise question. Open Advanced Filters, click Add filter for each condition, and set Filter logic to All (AND) (every condition must match) or Any (OR) (one is enough).

Text fields can match *contains*, *is*, *starts with* and more; numbers can be *greater than* or *between*; dates can be *on*, *between* or *in the last N days*.
Tip Examples: Confirmed revenue where brand is your own label · Open orders older than 2 days · Out of stock where category is Footwear · Returns where reason contains "size".
Number or chart
- Number: one total with the period, in the row of cards at the top.
- Over time: a line or bar for the period, grouped by day, week, month or year.
- By marketplace: the total split across your marketplaces, to compare channels.
