Personal and company dashboards
Keep a dashboard for yourself or share it with everyone, pin it, and copy someone else's.
Overview
A dashboard is either personal (only you) or a company dashboard (everyone in the company).

Admins choose when they save: Save only for me or Save for entire company. They can change a dashboard from one to the other at any time.
Use a company dashboard
- Shared dashboards appear for everyone under Dashboards in the sidebar, marked with a building icon.
- If you cannot change it, the page shows View only and offers Save a copy for me. The copy is yours to change; the company dashboard stays as it is.
- When an admin saves a company dashboard as only for me and it belongs to someone else, O2M saves a private copy instead, so nobody loses their dashboard.
When two people edit at once
If someone saves a dashboard while you are changing it, O2M does not overwrite their work. It tells you the dashboard has changed and offers to reload it.
