Your first orders
How channel orders arrive, change stock and move to dispatch.
Overview
Orders from every connected channel arrive in one list in O2M, with stock reserved as each one comes in.
Before you begin
- At least one channel is connected.
- Opening stock is set.
Orders arrive by themselves
Once a channel is connected, its new orders appear in Orders with the channel, items, customer and status. Stock is reserved for each order, so the units are not offered to another channel.

Working with orders
- Search and filter by channel, status and date.
- Open an order to see its items, payment, shipping and history.
- Download orders as CSV.
Returns
Returned items never go back into sellable stock on their own. You decide for each one, in Inventory → Returned items, whether to restock it or mark it damaged.
