Introduction
What O2M is, how its parts fit together and the order to set it up in.
Overview
O2M (One to Many) is a multi-channel commerce platform: one product record, one stock number and one order list for every channel you sell on.
Why use it
- Manage products once and list them on every channel.
- Keep stock right across channels so nothing is oversold.
- See orders, returns, stock and profit in one place.
One place for every channel
O2M (One to Many) runs a multi-channel commerce business from one workspace. Product information, listings, orders, inventory, the warehouse floor, purchasing and accounting all work on the same records, so a change in one place is seen everywhere: a sale on one channel lowers stock on every other channel, and a goods receipt in the warehouse raises it.
