Alerts
The stock alerts you may see, and what to do about each.
Overview
Stock alerts tell you when something needs attention, such as low stock, a backorder or an unexpected change on a channel. Each alert clears itself when the cause is resolved.
Stock alerts
Alerts appear in O2M's alerts area and clear themselves when the cause is resolved.
- Low stock: an item fell below its low-stock threshold (10 by default).
- Backorder (critical): an order line is waiting for stock. Clears when filled, released or dispatched.
- Changed on a channel: 10 or more units were changed directly on a channel.
- Return to origin not received: a parcel did not come back in time and was written off.
- Lot close to expiry.
- Stock check (critical): O2M's daily check found a number that does not add up. Contact O2M support.
