Overview and the item page
See every item's stock at a glance, and everything about one item in one place.
Overview
The Overview is the list of every item with its stock in each state. The item page is the full record of one item: stock per warehouse, movements, orders holding it, reservations and what each channel shows.
Why use it
- Find any item's stock in seconds by SKU or name.
- Spot items running out first, using days of cover.
- Open one item to see everything about it on a single page.
Before you begin
- Products exist in Master Products.
The Overview page
Stock → Inventory → Overview lists every item with its stock in each state, across all warehouses or for one warehouse. Summary cards at the top show items in stock, items out of stock, units held for orders and backordered units.
Search by SKU or name, filter by warehouse and state, and sort, for example by Runs out first using the Days of cover column (how many days the available stock lasts at the current rate of sale). From here you can:
- Adjust stock for an item.
- Export CSV of the current stock, and Import CSV to change many items at once.
- Sync channels to send the current numbers to every channel again.
- Open an item's page by clicking its row.
The item page
The item page shows everything about one item in cards:
- Stock by warehouse: every state per warehouse, plus incoming and in transit. FBA stock is shown as its own row and never counted in your sellable total.
- Movements: the item's stock history.
- Orders holding stock: open orders that hold units, and backorders waiting for stock.
- Reserved: manual reservations, with Release.
- What each channel shows: the number each channel location is fed, and why.
- Incoming on purchase orders, Fixed bin, Cost and value, Sales and reordering, Tracking, Barcodes, Bundle or kit components and Item pack: each shown when that feature is enabled and you have access.
Tip Pages you have already opened show at once when you return to them, and refresh quietly in the background.
