Scheduled e-mails

Premium add-on  Scheduled e-mails come with the Advanced reporting add-on. Without it, reports have no Schedule e-mail button and the Reports page has no Scheduled e-mails list. Ask your O2M account manager to enable it.

  1. 1Open Reports and open the report you want.
  2. 2Click Schedule e-mail (shown to people who can adjust stock), choose daily, weekly or monthly, the hour (India time) and the members of your company who receive it.
  3. 3Save. Each e-mail carries the headline numbers, with the CSV attached.

Every schedule is listed on the Reports page under Scheduled e-mails, with Pause, Resume and Send now. A schedule shows what the person who made it can see, and stops if they lose access.

Dashboard panels

On your dashboards, add a Stock numbers panel to show the headline numbers of a stock report.
