Stock ledger

The complete history of every stock change in your company.

Overview

The stock ledger lists every stock change in your company, so every number in O2M can be traced back to the events that produced it.

Why use it

  • Answer "why did this number change?" for any item.
  • Audit who changed stock, when and why.
  • Reconcile O2M with your channels and your books.

Reading the ledger

Stock → Inventory → Stock ledger lists every stock change, newest first. Each line shows the time, the item, the warehouse (and bin, where known), the kind of change, the quantity, the states it moved between, the reason, the document it came from and who made it. Filter by item, warehouse, kind of change and date.
