Summary cards, search, filters and columns.
Overview
Finding orders uses the summary cards, search, filters and columns on the Orders page to show just the orders you need.
Filter with the summary cards
The cards at the top count the orders in the chosen date range. Click a card to show only those orders. The card is outlined and marked Filtered, the status menu changes to match, and a chip with the filter name appears next to the buttons. Click the card again, or the chip's ×, to show all orders.
| Card | Shows |
|---|---|
| Total orders | Every order in the range |
| Placed · Processing · Shipped / out for delivery · Delivered · Cancelled · Returned | Orders at that status |
| Ordered qty | Units ordered across all orders |
| Blocked qty | Units held for orders not yet delivered; clicking shows these open orders |
| Returned qty | Units returned; clicking shows orders with returned units |
Tip Click Blocked qty at the start of the day to see every order still waiting to ship.
Search and filter by status
Type an order ID, customer name or address in the search box. The list narrows as you type.
Open All statuses to show one status. Besides each status, the menu offers Open (stock blocked) for every order not yet delivered or cancelled, Shipped / out for delivery and With returned units.
Use Marketplace to pick one or more channels, and the date range to set the period. The default is the last 30 days. The number of matching orders shows on the right.
Advanced filters
For anything the menus do not cover, click Advanced. Add one or more conditions, for example a product, an amount or a state, then choose whether an order must match All of them or Any of them. The button shows how many conditions are active.
Choose your columns
Order ID, Product and Channel are always shown. Click Columns and tick the others you want: Customer, Address, Selling price, Units, Tax, Total amount, Status and Date & time. Drag a column edge to make it wider. O2M remembers your choice.
The newest orders come first. Click Load more at the bottom of the list to see older ones.
