Order details

Everything inside an order: products, units, ship-from warehouse, customer and timeline.

Overview

Order details show everything inside one order: its products and units, the warehouse it ships from, the customer and a timeline of status changes.

Open an order

Click any row to open it in place. Click it again to close it.

Figure 3.1  An order opened in the list

On the left, Line items and stock lists each product with its price, units, tax and total, and how many units are blocked, delivered, released or returned. Ships from shows the warehouse each product leaves from, and Profit shows the order's profit when your company has that add-on. On the right, the Customer card holds the customer's name, e-mail and shipping address, and the Timeline lists each status change with its date and time.

Line items and stock

Click a product name to open the product. The last row is the order total.

ColumnMeaning
BlockedUnits held for this order, not yet shipped
DeliveredUnits shipped and delivered
ReleasedUnits freed again, for example after a cancellation
ReturnedUnits the customer sent back

You may see a label next to a product:

  • Unmatched: the channel's SKU is not linked to any of your products, so stock did not change for it. Link the SKU to a product to fix this.
  • Bundle: the product is a bundle. Its parts are listed underneath, and those are the units that are held and shipped.
  • Channel stock: the channel ships it from its own warehouse (for example Amazon FBA), so your stock is not used.

Ships from

When you have more than one warehouse, each product shows the warehouse it ships from. To send it from somewhere else, click Move next to the product, choose the warehouse and how many units, and confirm.

If there were fewer units than the order needs, the missing units show under Backordered. They are filled as soon as new stock arrives.

Customer and timeline

The Customer card shows what the channel shared. Some channels do not share an address or e-mail; the card then says so.

The Timeline shows every status change in order, with the date, time and who or what made it: the channel, a team member, or O2M's auto-deliver rule.
