Returns
Returns from every channel, and what happens to returned units.
Overview
Returns lists returns from every channel, and returned units wait for your team to check them before they go back on sale.
The Returns page
The Returns menu lists returns from every channel in one place. Each return appears as soon as the channel reports it.
The cards at the top show the total returns, the units returned and the amount refunded. Each row shows the return ID, the order it came from, the product, channel, customer, address, units, refund and status. Click a row to see the returned items.
Search by return ID, order ID or customer, and filter by Marketplace, Date Range and Advanced in the same way as orders. Use Columns to choose what the list shows.

Good units are sold again; damaged ones are not
A returned unit does not go back on sale until your team checks it:
- Without Warehouse Management: in Stock → Inventory → Returned items, mark each unit as restocked, damaged or not received.
- With Warehouse Management: scan the parcel in Returns QC → Inward and grade each unit. Follow any reimbursement in Claims.
