Introduction
The Reports hub, and how reports are grouped into basic, advanced and add-on.
Overview
The Reports hub is the one place for every report in O2M: sales, orders, returns, catalogue, stock, warehouse, accounting and automations.
Why use it
- Find every report your company has in one menu.
- Know which reports are included and which come with an add-on.
- Download any report as CSV or receive it by e-mail.
The Reports hub
All reports live in one place: the Reports menu. Every report works the same way: a period, filters, headline numbers, a table and a CSV download (up to 50,000 rows).
The hub shows only the reports your company has and your role can open. Cost and value columns appear only for people with the See costs permission.
Three kinds of reports
| Kind | What it means | How you get it |
|---|---|---|
| Basic reports | Sales, orders, returns, catalogue and core stock reports | Included: every company has them |
| Advanced reports | Deeper stock, warehouse, procurement and returns reports, plus report subscriptions | The Advanced reporting add-on |
| Add-on reports | Reports that belong to a paid module, such as Profit and fees, GST or Automations | Come with that module, no Advanced reporting needed |
Good to know Some advanced reports also need the module whose data they read. For example, Receipts against purchase orders needs Warehouse Management, and Count accuracy needs Cycle counts.
Pinning reports
Pin the reports you use most so they appear first. Admins can pin a report for everyone in the company.
