Alerts

The warehouse alerts you may see, and what to do about each.

Overview

Warehouse alerts tell you when floor work needs attention, such as a short pick or a failed ship confirmation. Each clears itself when the cause is resolved.

Warehouse alerts

Alerts appear in O2M's alerts area and clear themselves when the cause is resolved.

  • Backorder (critical): an order line is waiting for stock. Receive or transfer stock to fill it.
  • Low stock: an item fell below its low-stock threshold (10 by default).
  • Short pick: units were not found in a bin. Count the bin.
  • Ship confirmation failed: a channel refused the shipped update. Use Try again on the parcel.
  • Return to origin not received: a parcel did not come back in time and was written off.
  • Shiprocket return to origin: a booked parcel is coming back.
  • Lot close to expiry.
  • Changed on a channel: 10 or more units were changed directly on a channel.
  • Stock check (critical): O2M's daily self-check found a number that does not add up. Contact O2M support.
