Client warehouses (3PL)
Run a warehouse for other brands with their goods, orders and people kept apart.

Overview
Client warehouses (3PL) let you run a warehouse for other brands, keeping each client's goods, orders and people separate, with a read-only client portal and billing.
Why use it
- Store and ship for other brands from your warehouse.
- Give each client a view of their own stock.
- Bill clients for storage and handling.
Before you begin
- The 3PL add-on is enabled.
Setting up clients
If other brands store goods with you, the 3PL add-on lets you run their stock beside yours, give each of them a read-only portal, and bill them from what actually happened in the warehouse.
Available with the 3PL add-on.
- 1Open Warehouse Management → Clients and add each client with a code, name, GSTIN, contact and billing rates.
- 2Assign items to a client. Each item has one owner, and its orders and receipts belong to that client.
- 3Invite the client's people as that client's members. They see only the client portal: their stock, orders and movements, read-only.
- 4Optionally give the client an API key or webhook limited to their own data.
Client billing
Billing counts storage unit-days, units received, parcels and units dispatched and orders per client and period, multiplied by the client's rates, with a CSV download.
