Keep supplier details and what each supplier sells you.

Overview

A supplier is a business you buy goods from. Each supplier record holds contact and tax details, lead time, payment terms, and the items they supply with their minimum order, pack size and last price.

Why use it

  • Fill purchase orders with the right prices automatically.
  • Plan reorders with real lead times.
  • Keep supplier details in one place.

Adding a supplier

Open Stock → Warehouse Management → Suppliers and add each supplier with a code (or let O2M number it), GSTIN, address and PIN code, contact person, e-mail, lead time in days and payment terms.

What a supplier supplies

In the supplier's row, list what they supply: your SKU, their SKU, minimum order quantity, pack size, last price and lead time. Purchase orders take prices from here, and reorder suggestions round quantities to the minimum order and pack size.
