Connect channels (marketplaces)
Connect your marketplaces and review the products they bring in.
Overview
Connecting a channel links your seller account to O2M so products, stock and orders flow between them.
Before you begin
- You can sign in to your seller account on the channel.
- Your warehouses are added.
Where to connect
Open Settings → Channels and Integrations → Connected channels. Each available channel has its own connect button.
Connect a channel
- 1Click the channel (marketplace) you sell on.
- 2Sign in to your seller account when asked and approve O2M's access.
- 3Back in O2M, check the channel shows as connected.
- 4Choose which of your channel locations each O2M warehouse feeds, under Settings → Stock → Channel locations.

Review imported products
Products found on a newly connected channel do not go straight into Master Products. They wait in Settings → Channels and Integrations → Import results, where you check them first.

- 1Open Import results.
- 2Check the category and product type O2M suggests for each product.
- 3Select the products to bring in and confirm.
Tip A product that matches an existing Master SKU is linked to it rather than created twice.
