Introduction
What an integration does, which channels you can connect, and what each one keeps in step with O2M.
Overview
An integration connects one of your sales channels to O2M, so products, stock, orders and shipping stay the same in both places.
Why use it
- Sell on Amazon, Shopify and WooCommerce from one product list.
- Keep stock right everywhere, so nothing is oversold.
- See every channel's orders in one place.
Before you begin
- Your warehouses are added.
- You can sign in to each channel you want to connect.
Where integrations live
Every channel you can connect is under Settings → Marketplace and Integrations → Marketplaces. Each channel has its own card with a Connect now button and a status: Disconnected until you connect it, Connected after.
The cards at the top count your active connections, your channel listings, the revenue from your channels over the last 30 days and any connection that has stopped working. Use All to see every channel, or a category such as Marketplace or E-Commerce Platform to narrow the list. A channel shown as Locked is not available for your company yet.

Good to know Each channel keeps its own login. O2M never shows your keys or tokens again after you connect, and you can disconnect at any time from the same card.

- 1Add your warehouses first, so stock has somewhere to live.
- 2Connect each channel you sell on (pages for Amazon, Shopify and WooCommerce).
- 3Import the products already on the channel and approve them in Import results (Importing products).
- 4From then on, change products and stock in O2M; every connected channel follows.
