Amazon
Connect your Amazon seller account through Seller Central, then import, list and sell through O2M.
Overview
The Amazon integration connects your Amazon seller account through Seller Central, so listings, orders, returns, stock and shipping flow between Amazon and O2M.
Before you begin
- An Amazon seller account you can sign in to, with permission to authorise apps (the account's primary user, or a user with that right).
- The marketplace your seller account is registered in, for example Amazon.in.
- In O2M: the Admin or Billing admin role, and Amazon available for your company.
Connect Amazon
- 1Open Settings → Marketplace and Integrations → Marketplaces and click Connect now on the Amazon card.
- 2In Seller Central marketplace, choose where your seller account is registered.
- 3Click Authorize with Amazon. O2M sends you to Amazon Seller Central.
- 4Sign in to Seller Central if asked. Amazon shows Authorise O2M with the areas O2M may view and edit.
- 5Scroll down, tick I direct Amazon to provide O2M access to my account and related data, and click Confirm.
- 6Amazon sends you back to O2M. The Amazon card now shows Connected, with the message Amazon seller account connected.
The window shows the connection status, the Seller Central marketplace list and the Authorize with Amazon button. O2M never sees your Seller Central password: Amazon asks for it on its own site, and O2M keeps only the access Amazon grants, stored encrypted.
Amazon lists what O2M may view and edit: Amazon Fulfilment, Selling Partner Insights, Finance and Accounting, Pricing, Inventory and Order Tracking, Product Listing, Buyer Communication, Buyer Solicitation, Amazon Warehousing and Distribution and Brand Analytics. O2M uses these to read your listings, orders, returns, fees and stock, and to publish products and update stock and prices.
Back in O2M the Amazon card shows Connected, its listings, revenue for the last 30 days and the last sync. The card now has Disconnect, a sync button, Import products and Settings.
After connecting
- Products: import the listings already on Amazon (see Importing products). A listing whose SKU is already in O2M is linked to that product at once.
- Orders: Amazon orders appear in Orders, and their units are reserved from your stock as they arrive.
- Stock: O2M sends Amazon the number to show for each listing. A change made in Seller Central is brought back into O2M.
- Shipping: when a parcel leaves, Amazon is told the parcel shipped. An Easy Ship parcel needs nothing more: Amazon's courier scans it.
Tip Choose which O2M warehouses feed Amazon under Settings → Stock → Channel locations.
