Importing products
Bring the products already on a channel into O2M, review them in Import results, and approve them into Master Products.
Overview
Importing brings the products already on a connected channel into O2M: known SKUs are linked at once, and new products wait in Import results until you approve them into Master Products.
Why use it
- Start with the products you already sell, without typing them again.
- Check each product before it becomes a Master Product.
- Avoid duplicates by linking or mapping to products you already have.

- The channel is connected.
What importing does
Importing reads the products already on a connected channel. Each one goes one of two ways:

Start an import
- 1Open Settings → Marketplace and Integrations → Marketplaces.
- 2Open the connected channel and click Import products.
- 3For Shopify and Amazon, choose a period: products created or changed in that period, or All time for every product. WooCommerce always reads the whole store.
- 4Click to start. O2M imports in the background; you can keep working.
- 5Open Import results to see what is waiting.
Tip WooCommerce imports your store when you first connect it, so you only need Import products later to pick up new products.
Import results
Open Settings → Marketplace and Integrations → Import results. Each waiting product is mapped to O2M step by step: category, product type, brand, SKU, variants, attributes and stock.

| Needs review | Products missing something O2M needs, such as a category or an attribute. Fix them with Review first. |
| Mapping | Products O2M is still mapping. They move to Ready or Needs review by themselves. |
| Rejected | Products you rejected. They come back only if they change on the channel, or when you click Bring back. |
Search by title or SKU, and use All channels to show one channel's products. Map again re-runs the mapping for the selected products, for example after you add a category.
Review a product
Click Review on a product to check and change what it becomes in O2M before approving it:

| Price, MRP | The selling price and the printed maximum price. |
| Attributes of this category | Fill in what the category needs, such as material or size. |
| Variants | Products in sizes or colours come in as one product with variants. |
Click Save changes to keep your edits for later, or Save and approve to add the product to Master Products now.
Good to know Flipkart does not share titles, brands or images, so a Flipkart product needs a title before it can be approved.
Add products to Master Products
- 1On Ready, tick the products to add, or use Select all.
- 2Click Approve to Master Products (or Approve on a single row, or Approve all ready).
- 3Confirm. Each product is created in Master Products with the mapped details and your edits, and linked to its channel listing.
What an approved product gets:
- A Master Product in Master Products, with its variants, images, price and category.
- A link to its channel listing, so stock, price and orders flow without publishing the product again.
- Opening stock equal to the channel's quantity, when Open stock from the channel is on.
- Its past orders: order lines that arrived for it while it waited are joined to it.
Find approved products in Master Products; search by title or SKU. From there, list them on your other channels as usual.
Map to an existing product
Sometimes a channel product is a product you already have in O2M, just under a different SKU. Instead of approving a second copy, map it:
- 1Click Map to existing on the waiting product.
- 2Search for the O2M product or variant by SKU or title, and pick it.
- 3Confirm. The channel product is linked to it: its orders and stock now count as that O2M product. Nothing changes on the channel.
Good to know Map to existing is available for Flipkart products and WooCommerce single products. Map a WooCommerce product with variants by giving its variations the O2M SKUs in WooCommerce, then importing again.
Reject a product
Click Reject for products you do not want in O2M. They move to Rejected and nothing changes on the channel. A rejected product comes back by itself only if it changes on the channel; click Bring back to return it to Import results yourself.

Every approval, rejection and mapping is recorded in Request History, with who did it and when.
